smartNsales does not use any fully automated decision-making processes with legal effect within the meaning of Art. 21 revDSG. If profiling is carried out, this is only done with transparent information and consent.
7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We use services such as Google Cloud Platform and apply standard contractual clauses and safeguards.
7.2. Safeguards
We implement SCCs, BCRs, and ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws for international data transfers.

smartNsales is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
